The Swedish Committee administers the Scientific Awards. So Noonan’s stupid references to American Scientific achievements, irrelevant in the first place to the Peace Award, are doubly so when she tries to diminish Norway’s Scientific standing.

BTW Salk was profoundly anti-Noonan and would have been disgusted by the Republican Parties promulgation of ignorance about Science and, in particular, biology.
