Now, just cause I need to share a laugh with you all.. and get this darn song outta my head: when I heard today that Tom Delay had left Dancing with the Stars, I mused a sec about Fred Astaire ( a god of dance) and Delay (shiny, grinning load of..) And then this popped out: “He won’t dance, don’t ask him. He can’t dance, don’t push him..” Well of course Delay can’t dance; he has two right feet. It’s proof you need to be bipartisan. Or bipedal..

President Obama,

I am writing to ask you to watch Keith Olbermann’s one hour long “Special Comment” from the Oct 7, 2009 show, it was the most profound speech I have heard on the health care. Our country is sick and I hope you can help clean it up. I would also like to ask you to see the movie “Capitalism: A Love Story”. These two shows are speaking for us, the people of the USA.

I believe in single payer health care reform and am dissapointed you don’t now after we worked to elect you. What a disappointment. The Public Option Nancy Pelosi was speaking of last night on the Charlie Rose show sounded like the one insurance companies want and I hope that isn’t true. The public, the doctors and nurses want real competition between insurance companies please don’t let non medical insurance companies cheat us of that by having a faux public option.

And since I am writing I will comment on the never ending wars Bush started and you continued. Could you please run the war by pay as you go? In other words if this country is still borrowing money than we should stop both wars tomorrow. Have you thought of spending the money here to stop gang wars and get jobs for the younger generations rather than just letting them die and get maimed in war? Also, the republicans are going to campaign against your big spending so I am not surprised they are pushing you into never ending war. I think they want to bankrupt this government you are running.

And lastly, do you ever talk with former Gov Dean? If not, why not? Why in the world is he ignored by your office and why was he not given the Sec of Health position? I feel that was a huge mistake. How much better this health care reform bill would have been.

PS: Why isn’t the auto co’s making wind turbines and solar panels? Let’s get America back to work! I am also looking forward to a huge tax reform overhaul. Warren Buffett said a long time ago that it isn’t right that his secretary pays more in taxes than he does.
