Man I was dreading a return to that, and glad it’s not as bad.

Down 31 lbs, since 6/15/09.

Didn’t work out for a month, around neck and nerve issues, that were numbing my right arm.

Still didn’t gain a pound. I credit teh 1600 cals daily, and honey’s support, for not gaining any while festing Labor Week, and not working out.

I’m only shy 9 lbs as of 10/15/09 for my ten lbs a month goal, to a 100lb loss in a year.

Not bad, considerin how bad I was for a month without the gym, and at the Festing. *G*

As few more months of this, barring gym injury, and you’ll never recognize me. *G*

Hi Maddy. I tried to teach myself guitar a bit with a Beatles song book and some YouTube instructors, but it was pretty slow going. I play piano and the guitar chords seem all backwards and upside down to my brain (and fingers). Then my son sold the guitar.

Nope. Belongs to a smallish western warehouse grocery chain (forgotten the name). Neither the grocery nor the mfg sells online. No indication mfg sells it elsewhere under a diff name. Seems to me left coasters really do have the best food sources.

I did poke around and found a couple that sounded about right.

Some were too cheap and sound scary — big recall on Panda brand from china. Was never cleared with FDA and didn’t comply with their regs. Others seem to have very low meat ratio. Couple of great sounding brands, astronomically priced. At that level, I’d make my own for sure.

The least this admin could do is try to get the FDA functioning as it should. I can’t possibly be alone in resisting imports from worrisome places.

Looks like the brand belongs to “Smart & Final” stores. Is that Safeway?
