You need it for a frigging long time in life. As I’ve learned after abusing an incredibly complicated little system of my total being.<br /> I fucked up my wrists because they weren’t as strong as I wanted them to be. IMO, don’t macho too much. They were trained for the event. We had a 80 pound bucket pull up a tower and my weakened wrist slowed me down so I missed qual by 40 seconds. But the chief said I did very very well on the other part. It was exhausting but fun to try.
