thanks for good wishes, folks! I had to sell my last house when i got laid off 4 years ago, closing was just ONE week before the first news articles started appearing saying the market was starting to sputter. And after 12 yrs of single parenting, i had just enough money from it to pay off debts. On the plus side, after 4 years of underemployment and homelessness, i now qualify as a 1st time buyer!

Is it old or new… what’s you favorite part… garden space? Paint us a picture. *s*

*yawns* I’m doing some late night laundry. It’s the one thing i like about living in a house instead of in apartments. I can set my own nightowl chore hours for stuff like laundry. Vacuming can be done in the daylight. This? i want done before i head to bed.

Other than that, it looks like i’m going to be filing for bankruptcy. Going in for a consultation on wednesday, and after that to the local GO Club. Then i can happily collapse on thursday and do absolutely nothing. :D

well, kinda superstitious about saying too much b4 i find out if the seller accepted offer. Best part for me? Not the standard houseplan, AND it was built in the ’20’s – my favorite decade for houses!

the main bathroom had wonerful mint green tub and double sink, the lady found some huge Victorian-style floral fabric and glued it to the walls, made swoopy-swaggy curtains outta the same stuff, and quilted toilet seat and tank covers. All in the same huge black, pink, green floral fabric

Well, my wages are getting garnished and i can’t afford to pay my bills this way. I have a feeling it’ll be cheaper than doing nothing and letting everything fall behind AGAIN like it did last year when i was in overdraft hell.

Figuring as its likely going to be chapter 7, we’ll see how it goes. It may end up costly, but if it gets this crap off my back. (my credit is absolute trash, it can’t go any lower as it is.)I won’t even be considered for a job because said credit record is so bad. Which miffs me because i work my butt off but have a very slim budget to work, leaving me very little to actually pay those back bills off.

hmmm, i’ll have to ask my sis about the dog. The living room has that lovely 50’s coved ceiling. The coved part was painted in pink, red, and goldleaf. To allegedly match the pinkish-gray stone of the fireplace. And i think the ceiling itself was blue.

The whole thing just sounds brutal, alias. Wish I could buy you a double at the GO club. *s*
