Some days I can’t tell the difference between the right wingers who hate President Obama and the lefties who do. It’s been a very sad eight months to say the least.

Color of Change has been successful in getting 57 advertisers to drop their support for Glen Beck. Time to get that moron off the air. KO is looking for a little help. http://www.dailykos.com/storyo…..Glenn-Beck
He has had a screwed up life.

raised a Roman Catholic. His mother and one of his brothers committed suicide and a sibling had a fatal heart attack.[3] He graduated from Sehome High School in Bellingham, Washington in 1982.

first significant exposure to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints came at age 18 when, after graduating from high school, he moved from Washington to Salt Lake City, Utah and shared an apartment with a former Mormon missionary. The article goes on to say that his first marriage ended in divorce at age 30 (1994). He and his second wife, Tania, joined the church in October 1999, partly at the urging of his eldest daughter, Mary, who has cerebral palsy.[4]

Beck is a self-described recovering alcoholic and drug addict.[6] He also has a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. [7] He and his first wife divorced amid his struggle with substance abuse. Beck cites the help of Alcoholics Anonymous in his sobriety, and he eventually converted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,[8] which teaches against the consumption of alcohol.

There’s no chance in hell of getting Glenn Beck off the air.

None.

Oh, this may get him tossed from Faux News (maybe), but even if it does, he’s going to re-appear on the air somewhere else faster than Don Imus. You can bank on it.

But it’s from wiki. If I understand that site, I can go in and add that he killed his mother and it will be there for all to see.

clearly, the Obama administration has no idea who they dealing with. The merits of the Van Jones case are completely besides the point. That a wingnut smear campaign worked is THE ONLY message here, and by resigning Jones has unleashed a shitstorm of inane, insane howling beast, not even human smears and lies on decent people everywhere.

Watching CNN. Someone (I’ll try to catch his name) is discussing Van Jones and calling the right, political terrorists.

He’s off. Didn’t find out who he was.

But if you did that it would quickly get changed back again and you would be banned from editing.

Don’t repeat authoritarian talking points about wikipedia. They feel very threatened by anything that’s free.

And Kucinich is treated as a “crazy person” and laughed at — even by MSNBC.

IIRC, There was plenty of spine when Rahm was fighting for the war spending. Maybe we misunderstand their objectives.

Some of Kucinich’s most prevalent haters came from the left too. They said he didn’t look presidential because he was short, had funny looking ears, and was a ‘nut’. These lefties pushed the Nut out so fast it made everyone’s head spin, but these same lefties are now looking back at Kucinich as the only voice of reason back then and today! I never lost my support of Kucinich and it was he who told his supporters to support President Obama. And I have. Obama may not be perfect but I still think he’s doing a good job.

As a Rush Limbo supporter stated recently on his show: “President Bush did what was right even if it wasn’t popular”. WELL, GUESS WHAT? PRESIDENT OBAMA IS DOING THE SAME THING! This scares the fascists apparently. *rolling eyes*

Also, it appears it was Van Jones who decided to resign because he felt his haters were making him too much of a distraction to get anything done. DO NOT BELIEVE THE RIGHT WINGERS WHEN THEY SAY OBAMA CAVED TO GLENN BECK AND FORCED VAN JONES OUT. That is not what happened. Gees.

Van Jones is certainly welcome at my house. A supporter of Mumia Abu-Jamal can always be a friend of mine. Matter o’ fact here’s Mumia’s take on health care reform.

Exactly, but the wingers think that if the president is doing what is right even if it’s unpopular then it’s good. Their hypocrisy lies in the fact that they hate President Obama for pushing health care reform (which we know is the right thing to do), even if it’s unpopular with the neck drooling neo-fascists, but he’s pushing it anyway and they don’t like it! They’re hypocrites for supporting Bush when he did it, but now want President Obama to be assassinated when he’s pushing something good.

I’m having a real hard time recalling President Bush doing ANYTHING right.

He fixed it so Daylight Savings Time will never coincide with Easter. As someone who sings in the choir at 6 AM Easter day, getting up at 4:30 is hard enough without having to change the clocks too! But that’s the only thing I can think of…
