For some reason, I was thinking there would be some sort of remote viewing facility. That doesn’t make much sense for a public viewing facility, though.</p> <p>If I ever get to the area again, though..</p> <p>This summer I got to see the Moon through the 24 inch telescope at Lowell Observatory. All those communications towers are replaceable but the observatory has so much history.
