Haven’t seen Neil in a while. Without spilling too many beans, Pegi emailed me yesterday and told me Ben (their son with CP) had a really rough summer with health problems which has pretty much buried them socially.

However, I may be getting the chance in the not too distant..

So i adopted a kitty from the Humane Society last week. She’s perfect, about a year old they said.

I named her Louiza.

She caught her first mouse last night… I gave her a B minus since she didn’t kill it.

Sunny…I have to confess I hide those books behind other books or in the library, in the mythology section. Not much traffic in that section.

Hey Newt-saw your excellent Sorkin “beaver” post (originally offered by Bruno Gianelli.)

I worked as a temp in Sears toy department during Christmas in San Francisco… years ago. My job was demonstrating a toy computer. Anyway, each morning I would immediately go to the G.I. Joe and war toy section and turn everything around. I did that for weeks without fail. The only way I knew someone noticed is because someone would turn them all back around during the night.

They paid me 15 bucks an hour to do that.

I thought that might draw you out.

It worked. Been laying low today. I usually communicate pretty well, but learned a while ago that on the days I miss, it’s better to take a break.

There are days when my typing doesn’t reflect my thoughts, and it can be ugly.
On second thought, maybe it’s because my typing DOES reflect my thoughts that it’s ugly.

Perhaps this woman knew all the tricks. She was seeking billo in the mystery section:-/
