The only way to overcome the Global Bankers, Entrenched Media and International Traders power against health care reform is to amend the constitution to provide health care as a worldwide entitlement.

The preamble to the constitution requires elected to promote the General Welfare. What is more general and more in need of welfare than the to maintain the quality of humans life?

The Amendment to the constitution might be amended as follows:
proposed AMENDMENT to be numbered XXVIII :
HUMAN ENTITLEMENT TO HEALTH CARE
Section 1. The human citizens of the United States of America are entitled, to the very best science that scientists can package for health care providers to deliver.
Section 2. No Law shall be passed which abridges, or permits to abridge, health care or health services to any human, who is a citizen of the United States by the United States, or by any State.
Section 3. The United States Of America shall make available and provide timely, sufficient, appropriate and without cost to the patient health care to each of its citizens for their lifetime.
Section 4. The congress shall have the power to tax the public non human entities for the full cost of providing the entitlement herein recognized.
Section 5. The United States of America shall establish and maintain a National Medical University to teach and train sufficient health care professionals to provide for the entitlement obligations demanded by this amendment.

Why do they need a candidate at all. Obama has pretty well done the job for them. Wow, they threw the progressives a bone yesterday. Holder will investigate. Sorry, though, only the low level Lindy Englands, not the
architects of the torture policy. Oh yea, how about the medical plans floating in congress. Rather than medicare or single payer for all,
now you will be forced to buy a high deductible plan from United health care etc. No wonder the health care stocks skyrocketed yesterday on wall street. 500 a month premium, 2000 deductible. That means $7,000 out of
pocket before you get to use it. Great reform, thanks Barack.

Hannity is not good-looking at all. The rest of your points, I might concede, but not that one. In addition, most women don’t reflexively vote for the good-looking guy (at least not in America), so I don’t see that as a bonus, anyway.

I don’t think Hannity would get as far as Palin for that reason.

Whatever. They all are beneath contempt, anyway.

It’s always too soon to eat the chickens before their hatched (or as they say up here in Canadaland, to wear bearskin before you’ve shot the bear), but one of the not-too-hidden strengths of the Obama administration, and they know it, is the utter weakness of the Republiks. They do not have a single viable candidate on the horizon. By this time 10 years ago, the Republiks had the supposedly charming governor of Texas in the wings, not to mention a number of relatively experienced politicians who could have mounted a decent campaign. At this point the Thugs ‘got nuttin’. JEB would have been their candidate except for his brother, and it isn’t going to happen for him. All the others have the wingnut base attached to them like a rattling can on a dog’s tail.

Probably any Republik candidate can break 40 percent no matter who runs, even Sarah Palin. But if you know in advance that they can’t break 47, you are not going to donate big money. They are in a hole. Here’s an off the wall prediction. A right-wing Dem (blue dog) with some name recognition will shift parties an run as a Thug. The corporocracy will get behind him like they got behind Bush; the Broderocracy will do the same, and it will be a horse race, and everyone on the right will be happy again(except the wingnuts, but they will have no other place to go). You heard it here first.
