Senator Kennedy likely does not HAVE 145 days to live, and apparently is unable to vote as of this point.

Can he muster up to vote for a Healthcare Reform Bill?

I’m not sure. I’m inclined to say, he can’t. Ergo, he needs to resign and have a replacement friendly to his ideals to DO that vote, coming REAL soon in September.

Ergo, his letter and request today. And he resigns fast, and the NEWBY votes for him, in support of him.

Am I missing anything? And I’m NOT a lawyer, by ANY means!!!!
