The big fights are knocking down the industrial monopolies in the MIC, the HealthIC, the EnergyIC, the MediaIC, the FoodIC, FinancialIC and so on. Elections must be made completely publically financed and the constitution has be brought into the reality of the 21st century. The senate and the electoral college give WAY WAY too much power to small states.

Our system is very broken and legislative patches are not cutting it. The special interests are not only IN the house but they are calling ALL the shots.

I know it is picky but… are you going to a town hall or are you going to a town hall meeting? The other day carol Shea Porter said she was going to have a town hall but the consensus was, among us, that she did not look pregnant. She also said she “did a radio” and that I cannot even imagine.

Negotiations were underway prior to the ‘68 election for a peace settlement. Kissinger, working for the Nixon team, sabotaged that effort. Nixon dragged the war out for another four years so he could use it as an election issue in ‘72. The war ended, not because of Nixon, but because Congress stopped authorizing funds for it.

Native Americans thought very highly of Nixon. It was during his administration that they were finally able to speak their own language and openly follow their own culture.
