This might work if you had people who were willing to not call ambulences for non-emergencies, leave the emergency room to see another doctot, then wait in line for a couple of hours while those with appointments got seen. Had to be expected as the Townsend asked if anyone in the crowd knew how to play drums. Out of a thousand hands theypicked the guy who could do all the stuff up through Tommy.
