are you flying? just wear the fleece and stuff the rest in the knapsack (of course, i only buy clothes that don’t wrinkle).

the lake has whatever ya need. there are cliffs on the west side that q uses when he does his cliffside dives, a hot tub, pool, diving pool and even a kiddie pool at times. there are hammocks and lounge chairs and towels for lounging around on the beach.

Firedog Lake … the one with the 24- hour party atmosphere … *g*

driving and its gonna be hot on 5. headed to sac thur and then to carmel on fri and then nahants in redwood city sat… and then head back home sun.

SE Ohio is nice, cooler than usual or so it seems (usually summers here are very muggy), spatter of rain today. It feels more like NM mountain weather. Very odd but I will take it.

To recover from the last few months of CNN and Hardball, we have had to watch hours of “What Not To Wear” — are you kidding me, there can be NO fleece in the Democratic Party. Heh heh, kidding.

hey emerson – yeah it totally sucks from redding south. i hope to be driving that portion at night – my ac can only do so much.

and thursday, when i leave, is the start of a big heat wave up here – should be close to 100 in medford and southern oregon. yuck.

my orthopedist who put in this fake knee forbid me to drive a stick shift. i try to minimize the shifting as much as possible but… so its gonna be a gazillion degrees on 5 but my knee and my back will be happier.
