Everything I’ve heard about this screams set-up.

Obama was sworn in as President in January.

In May this Major “volunteers” for Afghanistan deployment

Then in June he suddenly is a CO because “Obama might not be native born?”

Total fucking bull shit piled way high and deep.

The Majors deployment was canceled because the Army wanted nothing to do with him after they found out about the suit. They can’t prosecute him for anything because he requested the deployment. Now the Army has to short notice somebody (which sucks) or do without till they can fill the slot. Birthers suck.
