And water is wet.

With two prominent Republicans falling prey to sexual scandals in as many weeks, Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty candidly conceded Sunday that his party is in trouble.

How come two Rs were on MTP yesterday? Willard and Graham. Diodja see Graham say you have to give Obama credit for being a good role model as a father and husband. LOL I guess his party wishes they had one.

As reported by parsnip’s in Teddy’s tread downstairs.

David Coe used to be the heir apparent in the Family. He’s still involved in ministry to congressmen, and at the time he was also meeting with Hillary. He’d come around to talk to the young guys at Ivanwald to talk about his vision of Biblical leadership. One day he says to brother Beau: ”Suppose I heard you’d raped three little girls, what would I think of you?” Beau, being a human being, says, ”That I’m pretty bad?” But David Coe says: ”No, no, I wouldn’t. Because you’re chosen … like King David.”

The Ensign/Sanford saga presents an opportunity for further inspection into the “Family.” Apparently, the group can provide ethical justification for quite a bit: raping little girls, torture, launching missiles into tall buildings, etc.

Good Morning all. Looks like congress critters have fled DC. Wonder when the people on the MN supreme court will get their act together. This inaction on their part is bordering on the absurd.

G’Mornin’ BT and Pups.

Mixed bag today. Good day to clean the floors.

Hey foothillsmike #6. No kidding! Bordering??? Where’s the anger. How ’bout some justice? MN USED to be a rather respectable state.

Ever since 2000, the pugs no longer even bother hiding their war against truth and justice. Bah!

Based on the MTP snippet I’d say Romney won the round.

No opposition gave him an opportunity and he took it for a touchdown.

Years ago, states that refused to adopt the 55mph speed limit were threatened with losing their highway tax support. no?

How ’bout a penalty for refusing to allow a Senator to be duly sworn? WT# is going on in MN?!

Hey. My thought kinda dovetail. Sorta. Was wondering about the MN Supremes myself. What up with that? What up Alan Page? And speaking of MN Vikings…..Willard’s touchdown run, kinda reminds me of Jim Marshall’s (ex-Viking and teamate of Alan Page– that’s the dovetail, see?)famous touchdown. Totally clear sailing. ’cause he ran the wrong way.

careful there. when one gets right down to it, there are several states I’d prefer seeing operate with only one Senator.

Minnesota just doesn’t happen to be one of them. *g*

I’m not sure the right wingers of America really truly wanted McCrazy. What I saw happening in the primary was after Iowa (Obama & Huckabee won that first state), the “conservatives” panicked thinking their party had plummeted into the right-wing-overly-religious-wingnut category, so the right wingers in New Hampshire chose Johnny McCrazy (and the scared of a black man Democrats chose Hillary too!) to make themselves feel better and to show America that their party didn’t completely consist of lunatics. This is why McCrazy was ‘the man’. This is how I see it. I could be wrong. Of course, choosing Obama in the first race was the foreshadow of things to come and when Hillary won it in New Hampshire, that’s when the fire was lit under me! LOL I didn’t want her anywhere near the White House.

Yep, Jeb too is in the shadow. I always thought it would be a Bush/Gingrich ticket, but as time goes on, these “conservatives” are showing their true colors and are dropping like flies.

Palin/Bush for 2012? Not sure, but it’s going to be a humdinger of a ticket which will catapult Obama to another win! LOL It’s always the same old crazies when it comes to the right wingers.
