We had a beautiful weekend here. Summer so far is lovely and cool.

Busted right hand wrist bone and 17 stiches in deep gash of right palm. Caste. Three stiches in right knee. Spent yesterday at emergency. 7 exrays Testimony to the bad care. My gash was sewn 10 hours after…I am on strong anti biotics seven days, that make me hot so drinking extra fluid
Couple IB Profin 1-2 at night coffee in the AM. The gash had street gravel and other crap from breaking the fall. Boots must have caught and edge when I went to the pavement. Big shock. get less painfull by the day. Have to go to bone doc. I thinl I will be fine once the sprains heal. Knee os bigget bummer. No strength tp remove jar cap and other light tasks.

Boots caught in rural street uneven and rough…freakish. Then there I was feeling the gash and the damaged hands had to recovr from shock before seeking care. Runnig with a pack. Not like me. I hopeto recover in a week or so. The Dr and I discussed his paper on biosolids as he was needling me and stiching. For the pain I bit on a blanket worked good.
Thank you asking. Thought ES would get a kick out of another FDLer having wing trouble two wings and a leg sore pattella. Nice freinds to assist with guidance and food and meds.
