Mr. CE and I have inherited the ancient Le Baron from son Jack CE — left in the garage when he graduated from college and now lives in glory in NYC. We charge it up every summer to drive with the convertible hood down while eating ice cream…

Oh CE.. some folks opened up the best homemade ice cream parlor in ES this year. I walked in for the first time on Friday night… it was filled with local people… many who had been there once or twice that day already. Everyone freely admitted their addiction.

I tried wild cherry and bought a pint of coffee home.

Of course everything tastes better with the top down.

“They told me, ‘Sorry, we discover that you are not Number 3, not a partner, not even a fighter,’ ” said Abu Zubaida, speaking in broken English, according to the new transcript of a Combatant Status Review Tribunal held at the U.S. military prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

President George W. Bush described Abu Zubaida in 2002 as “al-Qaeda’s chief of operations.” Intelligence, military and law enforcement sources told The Washington Post this year that officials later concluded he was a Pakistan-based “fixer” for radical Islamist ideologues, but not a formal member of al-Qaeda, much less one of its leaders.

Thank you for the update. It is nice to see a decision that supports constitutional law. Obama is giving away the farm…cut medicare Medicaid by $300 billion…block mal practice lawsuits. Bright spot tighter regs maybe. Someone has his puppet strings. And they are playing him like a piano. All the exageration are to push him right…seems to be effective. Policy set…steady as she goes full steam ahead all engines.
