America has provided assistance to Zardari and his people. Of course, now that they’ve had some success Zardari wants to go after the Taliban in Waziristan. It’s hard to argue with his successes. Hammer & anvil, sure sure.</p> <p>America’s goals aren’t affected tremendously by all that, but we might well benefit as the fight goes South.</p> <p>I still wonder how sound the military might be.
