What you now have is serious disarray and all the heretofore hidden racist and hatred of women comments are starting to be heard, without the code words that were used before. It is no wonder that rethug women who have not yet drunk the poison that the males of the party have are getting upset with them. It is only the far far right women who have imbibed the poison, the rethug men have, at least for the last 30 years, been been gulping down. Calling them “robowomen” as one commenter on TPM did seems right. Fortunately the sheeple seem to be waking up-finally-to the realization that what the rethug party is about is Authoritarianism, wherein the leaders are WASP males(women need not apply for real leadership positions as women are considered to be second class citizens, only able to cheer on the men and comment with stars in their eyes-no thinking allowed)and only WASP males can be the ALs. All women must assume the follower(AF) positions. After having read all that I can find on the subject of Authoritarianism I think that Authoritarians have taken over the republician party and I can see no way that they can be removed without those who are not yet rendered mindless simply leaving and forming a new republician party without the hysteria now apparent in the current rethug version.

In any forum I’ve joined the quick and easy always drives away the deep and the thoughful. Chat beats detailed articles every time. The thoughtful Repugnant, if any be left, however, must realize a call to less government and fiscal responsibility and respect for privacy (unless it be female) sounds all hollow following the free range gulag gang we just weathered. The dimmest humans in the country, if not on earth, are the base of that party, and some districts and squawk radio environments can continue to bleat ignorance which feeds a need to blame someone else for all that is wrong in their pitiful lives. They’ll always be there, and so will the cheerleaders buoyed by them. No election can change that dynamic; indeed, it’s better if the Repugs lose elections so the non-electoral rabble can denounce and defame.

The only incomprehensible factor in the whole game is why sensible commentators pay so much attention to these cheerleaders.

I may be writing about health care from a personal perspective. As we learned from the Swiftboat Vets, inanity can sometimes find a place to live in our popular political culture and eventually destroy anything halfway decent the grownups try to build. If the lies, absurdities and wingnuttery can be thoroughly ridiculed and discredited by the likes of BT, Tbogg, the Rude One, Princess Sparkle Pony, and oh so many others, then that frees others to do the heavy lifting to get people like Johnsen and Sotomayor into the positions they deserve.
