As much as I appreciated Obama’s choice for the court, it is a stretch by more than a mile that this announcement had anything to do with the markets rising. The actual reason was none other than pure manipulation of the S&P futures by the PPT. This was done in order to cover the lousy news that year to date housing prices had fallen another 18% and foreclosures are running higher with each reporting cycle. Did anyone find it odd in financial land that this news was buried by the MSM?

It’s different when your “news” is on a channel called Comedy Central, as opposed to a blog such as FDL….

One of the commenters here sent a letter to a Harvard Law professor yesterday citing articles from FDL… Today FDL posts what many are claiming to be a satirical article? (although, I still think the author just had the blinders on when looking at a chart)

Look down the drain, it’s FDL’s credibility down there somewhere…
