Sweeney was arrested over the weekend in Clifton Park, NY, for felony DWI (he has a prior DWI on his record). Sweeney, who still lives in that area, has been reported assisting the Tedisco team with their recount efforts.

And somebody needs to ask the press why they’re ignoring the presence of a guy who got kicked off Bob Dole’s team in 1996 because of this. If he were a Democrat, his career would be over and they know it:
