The decision is not in yet; however, there is a new filing in the consolidated cases further ingraining the oneness of Obama with Bush in the litigation.

The Fraud Warning page at AIG’s website offers sound advice and counsel, like this: “Fraudsters often create a sense of urgency to provoke you to take action immediately.”

BREAKING: AIG Releases List of Counterparties, 65% To Foreign Banks |

AIG just release its list of to 20 counterparties (recipients of bailout money paid into AIG). Of the $22.4 billion total, $18.3 was paid out to the top 20 recipients. Only $6 billion of that is known to have gone to US banks or finaical institutions. The rest went to bail out overseas banks.

Blogger/journalist Roberto Novato, who has been in El Salvador observing the election, calls to say there is concern because on Friday night they were told that the results would be announced tonight by a company called Universal Identification Solutions. There is almost nothing about them on the web, and their website is extremely sketchy.

According to WHO, over 1 billion people suffer from the effects of a “Neglected Tropical Disease.” If you read Dr. Margaret Chan’s speech on the progress on combating these diseases, it is filled with names which are strange to the eye. I doubt many Americans could list any of the four “highest burden” NTDs:
