It’s like taking over Michigan because Timothy McVeigh learned how to make a fertilizer bomb there. Terrorism is not a national enterprise. A disgruntled individual straps on an explosive vest-who do you blame for that? And the government we created there is extremely corrupt by the loosest Afghan standard. The people prefer the Taliban to us. I don’t blame them. Tells us something about ourselves, or it should.
