With limited apologies to Lionel Ritchie:

Cheney on Limbaugh: ‘I love him.’

They do have a lot in common after all. They both love depraved "fraternity pranks", throwing toasters into public swimming pools, thinking "24" is like real life, sending other kids to wars, getting out of wars themselves.

And, of course, they’ll always have the Dominican Republic.

Rush (or as Cheney calls him in Santa Domingo "El Hefty") goes there to exploit third-world sex-workers while Cheney has, by his own admission, more pedestrian tastes. He goes to the Dominican to be stimulated when he attends re-enactments of the assassination of the Mirabel Sisters by Generalissimo Trujillo, Cheney’s boyhood crush.

Good times.
