The coffee, tea and hot chocolate are ready, and I’ve got waffles with warm maple syrup or honey butter (or both…!) If you have a chance to do the everglades, might want to check out basing in Everglades City. </p> <p>A trip back in time and seriously funky. Not for the fastidious. Amazing wildlife and easy to get off the beaten path. Last I knew a B&B operation there organized canoe trips in the glades. (Lots of airboats around tho, ugh)</p> Sorry, called away.
