You know I asked here several times why such a large part of the stimulus bill was dedicated to electronic health systems and who was going to benefit. Not in a million years did I think it would be Walmart. I figured one of the larger HMO’s had to be behind all the $$$ in the stimulus for this move.

Go figure. Creepy. Walmart your health.

I agree that it was palin who made that interview anything more than routine. She fucked-up softballss she should have hit out of the park and babbled incoherently. Some of the questions were the exact same ones Couric asked Biden in an interview that, rightfully, wasn’t considered for any awards. Couric’s interview with Obama was more penetrating and substantive. It’s not remembered because the interviewee was not dumb as dogshit.

Tell me if this makes sense? Roger Simon basically says ‘Card Check’ or ‘Employee Free Choice Act’ is not popular because only 12% of American workers are Union. There’s a reason for that, you dimwitted freaking stupid,…sorry, couldn’t resist. That’s why the bill is needed. Because Corporations and business owners have been successfully intimidating workers for decades making joining Unions increasingly difficult. Roger Simon is an Ass. Why are people being paid to say the stupidest, most ignorant things imaginable on mainstream television programs?

A push-back from the public would be healthy here. Objective means an ability to support and/or admonish an ally as needed…Not blind support. Lieberman wants blind support.

Nice that an Israeli spy is calling the shots. That alone needs to be pounded in the netroots.

and then James’ wife was arrested for his murder.

Wait a minute are you saying that she shot her husband the FBI found radioactive stuff which they kept quiet about but only after the story leaked the wife was charged with shooting her husband?
The front pagers and the Lawyers on the Lake need to weigh in on this I am at a loss of where to begin which crime or act of stupidity would I start with?
Plus on the law side specific charges need to be addressed.

‘zactly. That’s called…. what’s the name for that? It’s ass backwards, though. EFCA is meant to address a flawed system under which employees choose whether or not to have a union. Union membership is so low, in part, because of the very flaws EFCA seeks to address. I don’t know if that’s called a bootstrapping argument. But it’s stupid.

Yep. That’s what happened. She literally shot her husband in front of their 9 year old daughter and then shortly went to a neighbor’s house to call the police on herself. The police did not arrest her until AFTER the FBI document was leaked.

Only the Bangor Daily News and online blogs have talked about the radioactive materials/dirty bomb stuff. The MSM here in Maine or across the nation has not covered it. They don’t want Americans thinking that if this could happen in Maine it could happen anywhere! They don’t want Americans afraid of Americans, when really, we should be thanks to guys like James Cummings.

She’s a hero for shooting her husband and I think the police realized that early on. This is why they waited to arrest her AFTER the FBI document was released showing her husband had radioactive materials in his possession and the instructions to make a dirty bomb. I’m sure they’re hoping this document will persuade the jury into finding her innocent. As far as I’m concerned, I’ve already proclaimed her innocent. ;-)

Amber was in fear of her own life:

http://www.topix.com/forum/cit…..6PILAQ412B

Comment below this post:

“I seen Amber often and there was a time she had black eyes so swollen and her face was black and blue. She played it off that she had been hurt remodeling their home, but we all wondered. She was very pleasent, but always looked over her shoulder in fear her husband was watching if she were to speak to anyone. He was very angry, never left the property, screamed and raged alot. When the truth comes out about his sick and disturbing hell he had made for his family, it will make most horror movies look G rated. Thank goodness Amber and her daughter made it out alive.”

I was at work when the Bangor Daily News wrote their piece about Cummings & his radioactive/dirty bomb terrorism. Clif, who posts on my blog, did the following post:

http://whitenoiseinsanity.com/…..like-this/

And then Clif’s post was linked over at Booman Tribune:

http://www.boomantribune.com/s…..10649/1527

And slowly from there it’s getting some attention (Raw Story talked about it recently).

I find it very scary that a ‘wealthy Timothy McVeigh’ is exposed and the MSM says, “Boooooring!”.

Here’s a picture of Amber Cummings on the day she was arrested:
