It’s going to fail — I bet all of them vote for it, using the exact words the democrats used when they signed off on TARP in the first place.</p> <p>Axelrod should have won this argument — even Wall Street didn’t like it. They wanted more details. Everyone else wanted the bankers to have to pay for their crimes against humanity.</p> The Rs have every incentive in the world to go along with this.
