I was depending on the stimulus bill to buy them, but apparently that ‘extraneous spending’ was cut.

Ben Nelson says tax cuts will mean people have money in their pockets to spend. But are those taxcuts for individuals or businesses. People will spend, but a lot of businesses are scared just now and probably won’t spend it all. Besides, doesn’t he care if infrastructure gets fixed/built?
