i was talking with my wood guy’s wife today (he brought her and one of the teens today when he delivered) and i realized, i do not miss the bay area at all (just the people).

even when its cold and stormy up here, i love it. i was telling her about how this is my test to see if i can handle oregon winters on the coast and they both told me i appear to be surviving just fine and reminded me that winter is almost over.

of course, i gotta remember that old saying, as the days get longer, the cold gets stronger.

This sort of thing, which includes movies that have lots of violence or sex where they cut so much out that you hardly know what’s going on, just astounds me. Why bother showing such a thing if you can’t show a complete performance? It’s a rhetorical question, of course, but such things are really irritating.
