I recall that when Delay was finally ousted (and why isn’t he in jail, yet?)- El Tubbo was flatulating about the next Speaker and asking callers for suggestions…. But he kept mentioning that the Speaker “…does not have to be an elected official….” It was obvious to anyone (except his brain-dead listeners) that the egotistical bastard wanted to be nominated for the post.
