My impression on Katrina was that he simply hates black <strong>voters</strong>. New Orleans had a big concentration of them and now they’re still scattered all over the US. Amazingly enough, the bureaucracy Bush appointed to reconstruct New Orleans seems to be doing an <em>extremely</em> slow, casual, unhurried, lackadaisical job of getting enough money to people to rebuild their homes.<br /> Bush freezing up on 9-11 was never really believable and Bush freezing up for <em>days</em> is even <em>less</em> believable!</p> I was never convinced Bush was a racist.
