Yes. Seen grand mal seizures three times in my life; first time was the student teacher in 11th grade English class, just before end-of-year finals.

And I was on the Capitol ground during 1st Clinton; it was cold, but probably not so cold as the JFK or today. The Clintons walked part of the way..looked very casual and at ease.
