Malkin comments about the Obama pre-inauguration noted above, and Kenneth Blackwell stating that the stimulus plan should be opposed because success and an increase in jobs would result in more Democrats being elected) I am convinced that a good way to describe the Republicans and their prominent supporters like Malkin are morally and ethically impotent.</p> <p>They really and truly seem to have some part of their ability to reason, and identify a leap in logic, missing, limp and flaccid, unusable. Their critiques are increasingly shrill and, I imagine, that if pressed and required to defend their assertions under the rules of a true debate, they would say something like, “I’m sorry, this doesn’t happen every time.
