Before you put the rolled up tortillas in the pan, pour a little bit of the enchilada sauce or even just canned tomatoes into the bottom of the fry pan, put in the tortillas and then put the rest of the sauce over the top(cheese too, if you wnat)and close the lid. Cook on low for about 20-30 min, until it is all bubbly.
