He’s head of a state that is occupying another sovereign state in a messy, bloody, violent way and has the gall to make a personal visit proclaiming some sort of vicotry and to expect to be treated as though his office should shield him from any expression of the well-deserved outrage of those he and his policies and his soldiers and mercenaries have so wronged.</p> <p>“you just don’t throw shoes at our President”. Yeah, OK, he’s POTUS. He’s a head of state. He’s head of a state that is occupying another sovereign state in a messy, bloody, violent way and has the gall to make a personal visit proclaiming some sort of vicotry and to expect to be treated as though his office should shield him from any expression of the well-deserved outrage of those he and his policies and his soldiers and mercenaries have so wronged.
