Bush wouldn’t even change course on his pronunciation of “nuclear” for his own family, friends, staff, political party, and countrymen who voted for him. He knows he says it wrong. He can say it right the same as any other English-speaking adult without a speech impediment can. He deliberately says NUCULER, and says it every chance he gets.

He has already said “So what?” about the shoe, in front of the world. But he will never publicly “forgive” this man, in so many WORDS, as an official act, because that would SAVE the impertinent al-Zeidi, and it would be good for America, our president’s OWN personal bit for the war effort, finally! Bush saves no one. That is a historical fact.

Terribly important post, though. Thanks for putting it out there. Still praying for something higher to happen here. Maybe? For once?

Why is it such an issue when a man tries to Air out his grievances, so that communication is clear? It was a start. He was just putting it out there. I’m sure he would have refined his approach to more effectively touch on the subject if it weren’t for those pesky guys jumping on him like Line Backers on a slow Quarterback.

I guess if it had actually hit GW on his RockBlock skull we would’ve found some way to laugh even harder, although my stomach muscles are very sore just from the two fly bys.

It wasn’t. My friend James, a long-time friend of the family of Sami al-Arian, gets searched every time he tries to get on-or off-a plane. He called me a few weeks ago, after returning from somewhere, and calls me: “yeah, it happened again…say, Ron, when is the last time YOU tried to fly anywhere?”
