Just caught yer last Q . . . I THINK near Halifax, I’ll have to ask her again.

This would be in the mid 40’s to the mid to late 50’s, I think is the timeline. We’re talking her formative years . . . . she has vivid memories of them times, as I do of MY time in SE Asia as in my formative years.

As she puts it, they don’t USE carrots in clam chowder. Onions, clams, salt and pepper. Milk if available, and potatoes. Garlicc? Never heard of it.

We argue, at times . . . about that. *G*
