Even if it is “only a TIA”, it is very scary and to a good sign for the future. Believe me, having seen my mother have 2 TIA’s (at least, she is very good at hiding these and not telling her kids) prior to her first “real” stroke, all you can do is know that the next shoe is going to drop at some time.</p> <p>I’ll swallow my bitterness regarding Guantanamo and other issues, It may be that this will be out of us mortals hands.</p> <p>Hope for his family.<br /> Hope that his friends take heed regarding, “there but for the grace of God go I”</p> Having dealt with both of my parents post-stroke, I can guess the trauma that the Mukasey clan is dealing with.
