I wrote a diary the other day about the most vocally offensive anti-gay and anti-secular cretin of all of them–Bill Donahue president of the Catholic League….and mentioned a few of the board members. You wouldn’t believe who’s on the merry band wagon there. read the ‘about’ page of the Catholic League, it says it all….He’s just there to get them attention, the board of advisors is the real attack squad. I likened them to wasps, but should have likened them to hornets, who attack and attack and attack until they die.
The anti-gay squad in our country is far more organized than people realize. In all kinds of positions to make a move.

Many of Donahue’s remarks are so offensive I had to link to them instead of quoting him in my diary.

Yes grasshopper, in their grab to consolidate, observe what happened, liquidity of finance is frozen, markets are without customers, production is hamstrung, an ever increasing flood of money is chasing ephemeral profit unrelated to economic production, the tsunami of printed paper is overwhelming the trust it is based upon. These corporate overlards have turned the grounds they have built upon into quickening sand. It is they who are fecked.

They were the ones who engineered the Oslo process, and he (Emmanuel) personally was the one who orchestrated the Rabin-Arafat handshake on the White House lawn in 1993. ‘

It’s beyond belief. I guess the answer is AIPAC. He stabbed the Democrats in the back, he doesn’t deserve such an exalted position in the Democratic Party, and they just let him?!!

In Obama’s post partisan America there must be a place for Newt Gingrich at the trough. Obama should try and capitalize on the Karl Rove’s brilliance. What about Alberto Gonzalez? He has experience and has shown he’s a team player. With so many remarkable Republicans out there why bother to even consider Democrats who continually show they have no backbone let alone defining principles.

The collapse will happen, what actions that are being contemplated will assure that. Wealth is not the source of power, wealth is what accumulates from owning and controlling economic power; economic power is owning and controlling the means of economic production, wealth is a straw dog designed used by demagogues to divert attention from the real problem, the ownership of economic means of production. Wealth is nothing more than accumulated unconsumed income, libraries, colleges and universities are an example of unconsumed social wealth.

Look at the market its happening already then adjust the value of the Dow for the drop in the Dollar under Bush.
I think I’ll do a Diary on that on Bush’s last day and compare it to his first day and the dow high under Bill when the Dollar was worth more.
