He’s also had less than stellar ones — particularly as part of the leadership of the 527 that ran the ad of Osama bin Laden morphing into Howard Dean.

Meanwhile, Chris Van Hollen has announced he won’t lead the DCCC through the next cycle, and would like to replace Rahm as Caucus Chair.  Debbie Wasserman-Schultz may replace Van Hollen at the D trip.

And Steve Clemons weighs in on attempts to rehabilitate Lawrence Summers for Treasury.
