Obama is moving on and calling the liars on thier lies. If we are going to rebuilt this war torn nation, we need people who can do heavy lifting. I think those papers will be some of the first to go out of business unless they reinvent themselves.

“Today, to show his willingness to field questions from “real and honest media” John McCain announced that he is going to allow Jeff Gannon to accompany him 24-hours a day and “ask any question, even the most private” about him. “Not only will I allow the Washington Times to accompany me, but I’ll give their publisher…Reverend Moon…unlimited access to one of my “Western White Houses”. I’m a blank slate, an open book, and a POW. While Senator Obama was palin’ around with young Muslim fundamentalists I was already exposing my life to public scrutiny in the hell-holes of the Hanoi Hilton. There was no privacy there…I couldn’t even eat my own boogers without some gook guard telling all the other prisoners.

And lemme tell you…that other guy…he’s a socialist. You wouldn’t expect the great Ronald Reagan to tax the tips of waiters and waitresses and give it to some bums, you know…nosirree! He’d tax them and give it to the people who create jobs, the great corporations that employ millions of minimum wage workers in our Great land. And I voted against increasing those minimum wages, because how can those companies grow and create more jobs for the little people if they have to “redistribute the wealth” like those Communistic unions want to do.”

Yes, I did. The Post’s endorsement of Obama sounded grudging, at best. The NYT was highly complimentary of Obama and very negative about McCain

I’m with you – if he needed to make room, then why not pick the loony papers like the Post and the Times. Did anyone venture to read their endorsements?
It wouldn’t surprise me if they really trashed Obama (or, maybe…libeled him?), and that might be a pretty good reason, IMHO.
