What I wrote bears no relation to my antipathy toward skinheads or the plausibility of a white-supremacist plot against Obama. What I wrote pertains to journalistic standards regarding constitutional protections that mean nothing unless they apply to all defendents and about which we must remain especially vigilant given the Bush administration’s reckless disregard of those protections.</p> I’m surprised to read such a boneheaded response on this of all blogs.
