Our voting numbers are higher than before this was instituted. Costs are down. And, the ballots are on paper. No ID required because you sign your ballot and the signatures are matched.</p> <p>No one will steal the ballots because to tamper with US Mail is a federal offense.</p> <p>It works great here.
