The entire Iraq war, the lead up to it, the fake intelligence, all of it was a total set up. The appearance of incompetence was all by design. Rumsfeld threated to fire anyone who worked on the plan for the aftermath of the invasion. I was told personally by someone in an absolute position to know for a fact that the plan from the outset was to “not win.”</p> <p>All of the apparent bumbling and incompetence was planned - by design, to enable all that has transpired.
