You are not allowed to blame anything on John McCain.

We promise not to blame John McCain for leading a group of House Republicans to NOT vote for the bill while lying to Boehner about their intentions, so that when the vote went down it would surprise a bunch of people — especially some market investors who were caught off guard by the sudden drop that made tons of money for somebody. I wonder if the people who made money on today’s drop were friends of John.

BTW, does anybody know if Chris Cox lifted the shorting ban? Was all of todays’ drop normal selling?
