He was asked about the contracts at PBGC. I almost fell to the floor when Charles Millard said that a lot of the contracts/policies were of people who no longer existed or were dead or were of someone they couldn’t locate. Oh boy. That told me a lot of this crap is fake to bilk more money! Ghost people always make money for the criminals. Also, Charles said that they weren’t thinking of using the FBI to locate these people.
