“Reality makes me queasy.”

So a Kossack walks into John Yoo’s constitutional law class

I was surprised to find that class was canceled Monday as well. After opening class by talking about the conference, he told us that was called to DC to look at the Mortgage bailout bill.

Judging by his reaction, he does not approve of this bill. Shouldn’t it send up warning flags that one of the largest proponent of Presidential Power thinks that this mortgage bailout bill gives too much authority to the Executive branch.

I’ll be brief. Setting aside the fact that even John Yoo thinks the bailout bill sucks . . .

WHY THE FUCK IS THIS GUY STILL ADVISING ANYONE IN D.C.?!
