I think abusing mccain is the best strategy, both can be accomplished quite nicely though;

“here is a presidential candidate that actually has palin as his running mate, someone who appears to be a pathological liar who can’t even correct her lies when she knows they are exposed”

stuff like that would be nice to see

It’s also another opener to the “experience” issue, which is one where Hillary’s arguments were the same as McCain’s. The Dems should view the Palin nomination as having taken wiped out the experience issue. I think Hillary did well to leave it and stick with downgrading McCain.

With regards to Hillary being asked about Serial Liar Sarah, it’s like a trap to start a fight between the top woman in the political parties. Have these same reporters asked other high level politicians if they feel that Serial Liar Sarah is qualified?

Carlyle Chief Ready To Go Bargain-Hunting
David Rubenstein, managing director of Washington’s Carlyle Group private-equity giant, said firms such as his would play a big role in eventually buying back from the government those private assets it is poised to bail out.

In an interview moments ago on CNBC, Rubenstein said the coming transaction between the federal government and private buyers will be “one of the largest wealth transfers in the history of the country.”

Rubenstein would not specify which assets Carlyle might buy, but did not rule out the purchase of the risky mortgage-backed securities that launched the current crisis.

So far this year, Rubenstein said Carlyle has invested more money outside the United States than inside, though he expects that to change as he bargain-hunts in the coming sales.

Rubenstein predicted he will be joined by overseas money, seeking good deals in the U.S., including sovereign wealth funds, and “we shouldn’t discourage that,” he said.

but won’t hillary at least be perceived as having greater… what?.. standing?.. not the right word but it’ll have to do…. to bash a woman since she is one? I believe it doesn’t matter she has equal standing to bash anybody in need of bashing. but the perception might be that she can do it more so than others and that ought to shut up Repb cries that criticsm of Plain is just sexism.

Yeah, she could have been more specific on Palin, but I’m sure if Hillary is bashing a woman, it just wouldn’t look good and would cancel out everything she and her supporters argued about.

Hillary is walking on a thin plank for sure.
