it is not so much about obama fighting back but…i was laid off on august 6th soi am currently unemployed. a friend suggested to me on the phone tonite perhaps i should go to a red state and work on his behalf to which i replied, if he was dennis kucinich or even ralph nader with a shot, i would go in a second. but obama, while having my vote, just disappoints too often. caving on fisa, not signing the 30% credit card interest cap legislation, etc… i think he triangulating and i think he is planning on winning, and hopefully he does, but the bottom line is he is not liberal enough for me. he is too friendly with corporate america for my tastes, (which of course is why he is electable.)

Obama definitely inspires the lesser-of-two-evils choice for me. Sometimes that’s all I’ve got to go with. FISA, Conciliatory rhetoric, Backpedalling on GWOT, AIPAC Pandering, Stupid Warmongering Bluster, Biden (Change?).

Then I think about McCain and I think Obama will be alright.
