It showed who really is in charge of the campaign. </p> <p>To get on point to what you are saying, the media persecution narrative is all about rallying the base. Her 17-year old daughter was sinful, but she’s getting married now so everything is Okie-dokie.</p> <p>This Rove tactic failed in 2006 and it will fail again.
